This program features chair, Justice Ellen Murray, and speaker Rollie Thompson, Professor, Author, and Raconteur. 

Professor Thompson will speak about past parenting evidence in both domestic and child protection proceedings. Professor Thompson will address how to deal with the introduction, identification, and authentication of records relating to past parenting having regard to the exponential growth of access to non-traditional record sources such as social media and other electronic communications.  Be warned, there will be a test in the form of “short snapper” problems.  Attendance will ensure a passing grade and an entertaining evening.
