    Just when you thought it couldn’t be done – four fabulous child support issues tackled in one education program! Join our panel of experienced family law practitioners and hear views from the bench, as they discuss important child support issues and the effective use of the child support guidelines and recent caselaw. Tip sheets and citations provided.

    Topics include inputting income, Section 7 claims, retroactive child support, and support for adult children, along with commentary from the bench!

    Please be advised that Legal Aid Ontario has recently announced as part of their cost savings package that as of November 2019, they will no longer be paying for the filming nor the distribution of the 311 Jarvis Open Bar Series through the LAO website. The Education Committee of the 311 Jarvis Open Bar Series is exploring their options and, subject to further notice, personal attendance will be required for each program.
