North Toronto Family Court Education Committee presents,

RETROACTIVE CHILD SUPPORT: Examining the Most Important Case of the Year!
Join our panel on Zoom for a lively educational session that challenges your legal knowledge about retroactive child support. The following issues will be explored:

  • Examining Michel v. Graydon, the most important legal decision in the last year!
  • Top 10 tips for arguing retroactive child support cases
  • Key considerations in retroactive child support matters:
  1. How far back to go for support? Is there still a “3 year rule”?
  2. Blameworthy conduct
  3. Has Hardship changed?
  4. What does imputed income mean on a motion to change?

This program is interactive! Our panel will be launching various polls throughout the presentation. We encourage you to stay by your computer in order to participate with Zoom's polling feature. We look forward to your responses and participation.
