NO ONE LIKES CHANGE: How to Effectively Advance or Defend a Motion to Change

Perhaps now, more than ever, your client will need to bring, or to respond to, a Motion to Change child or spousal support. These motions are sometimes difficult to navigate. Advocacy and good organization will be key to your client’s success.

The panelists will provide you with a highlight of important decisions about evidence, procedure and the substantive law relevant to Motions to Change. In addition, this program will include numerous advocacy tips to help you present a winning case. Finally, there will be a practical discussion, based around a fact scenario, designed to help you implement these skills. Papers/tip sheets and other material will be provided.
