Topics covered by the judges will include written advocacy, disclosure, conducting trials, the proper use of conferences, procedural forms, court demeanour and persuasiveness, the use of assessments, how to handle confidential medical/psychological records, the “use and abuse” of delay, and how to deal with “difficult” judges.
