Please note that as a part of their cuts, the LAO have withdrawn the funding of the recording of the 311 Open Bar Programs and personal attendance is now required. The Open Bar Committee wants to ensure that the 311 Open Bar program continues to be financially viable at a modest cost and to ensure the program continues. As such, the Committee has decided that the discount will not be available to FLA members as of February 3rd, 2020 and all attendees will now pay $25 per session. The Committee is appreciative of all the support provided by the FLA to the 311 Open Bar Program.
