NAME THAT (LEGAL) TEST
Join our panel on ZOOM for a lively and interactive educational session that challenges your legal knowledge in the domestic and child protection domains. Our panelists will teach you how to avoid the more common pitfalls made by practitioners when assessing jurisdiction and legal tests. This is one program you cannot afford to miss!
This program features Chair, the Honourable Justice Robert Spence, Ontario Court of Justice, Toronto, and speakers, Chris Andrikakis (Counsel, Catholic Children’s Aid Society of Toronto), Aron David (Barrister and Solicitor, Toronto), and Lauren Israel (Barrister and Solicitor, Toronto)

A-F: 3:30 pm
G-K: 3:45 pm
L-P: 4:00 pm
Q-Z: 4:15 pm
Please ensure that you join the meeting with your name as registered. Once admitted to the program, you are free to attend to other tasks until the start of the program.
